  • How can I join K-kids as a seller?
    1. Click 'seller application form' that located on bottom of our website. 2. Fill-up your details and send it to us, we will reply as soon as we can. 3. Once successfully approved by us, send us your product to us physically to our office Office address: PJ598, Jalan Kilang 51/205, Petaling Jaya, Selangor 4.Your product will be displayed in our website after inspection of quality 5.Once our customer get the product and we will release the money to you.
  • How can I make enquiries?
    You can contact us via two ways: 1) drop a message in the chat box that locate on the bottom right hand side. We will reply you as soon as possible. 2) send us an email by filling up the "contact us & feedback form" on the bottom of the page.
  • How do I make purchase on K-kids
    1. Browse through our various category using filter to find your favourite product. 2. On the product page, click on 'ADD TO CART' or 'BUY NOW'. Once confirmed, you will be directed to the 'SHOPPING CART PAGE'. 3. Select the product that you want and click 'CHECK OUT' 4. Remember to apply your promote code (if any) at the box locate at left hand side before check out. 5. Select payment method 6. When successful payment, "Thank you for payment" form will pop-up immediately 7. Check your email for invoice 8. Fill up feedback form for us to improve our service.
  • How can I join as premium members?
    1. Search for" membership" tab at the top of the website. 2. Click "select" you will be directed to payment page 3. Click"Buy now", then you are considered to become our premium members. 4. To cancel the plan, you will have to contact us via email or chat box.
